In September 2025 the rescue completed their ambitious project to open a second hospital cabin.
The new cabin will enable to the rescue to work with even more hedgehogs in need and means that they now have dedicated maternity facilities to support nursing sows and litters of hoglets.
The new cabin boasts 24 newly installed veterinary grade enclosures and means the rescue now consists of a triage area, hospital cabin, hoglet room and pre-release/hibernation shed.
